Client care
From our hands to yours.
01
Shipping
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Lagos and Ogun delivery prices depend on your selected city or area. States without listed cities use standard park delivery at ₦5,000: collect your parcel at a transport park, not at your door. Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.
02
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Sealed earrings and personalized pieces are not returnable unless faulty.
03
Jewelry care
Keep each piece dry and away from harsh chemicals. When not worn, store each piece in its pouch or box, away from direct sunlight and moisture. A little attention helps preserve their finish and keeps them beautiful for longer.
